I am pleased to announce that Michel Richard de Lalande's Benedictus Dominus has been released. This is a rather exciting release for me as I believe that it is the first modern edition of this piece to be published. It is scored for 5 part choir (S,A,T,B,B), 3 soloists (Soprano, Alto, and Baritone), 1st and 2nd violin, 1st and 2nd Viola, Cello, Bass, and Continuo.
It has been released as a single digital download that contains PDF files for the full score, choir, and all instrumental parts. It also includes an optional color cover for both the full score and the choir score making the work look great when bound. A license is also included granting permission to reprint as many copies as required for your amateur group or event.
Soon I will also be releasing new Free arrangements of Slient Night, and Il est né, le Divin Enfant. Together with members of my choir and orchestra we have also undertaken to create a new editions of Mozart's Trinitatis Mass. This will be a free edition and be released under a Creative Commons Attribution License.
Additionally, I am almost finished with another Lalande transcription that I plan to release in August. There is a lot of exciting music on its way. I hope you will enjoy it.
